Brian Lara's Brilliant 400*

On 12th April of 2004, Brian Lara scored 400 not out against England at St. John's. Brian Lara was chosen man of the match for his 400 not out. In the first innings West Indies scored 751 for 5 and was declared. With Brian Lara's 400 not out, Chris Gayle, R Sarwan and R Jacobs also helped in the runs of 751. In return England replied with 285 all out. P Collins with 4 wickets, T Best with 3 wickets, F Edwards with 2 wickets and finally R Hinds got 1 wickets. C Collymore, R Sarwan and Chris Gayle did not get any wicket. Only Andrew Flintoff and Mark Butcher could manage to stand off with 102* and 52. England was to send on follow on and managed to scored 422 for 5 and then it was called off the match as 5 days were completed. England batsmen M Trescothick, captain Vaughan, Mark Butcher and Nasser Hossain could manage to bat with 108, 140, 61 and finally 56. West Indian bowlers were R Hinds and R Sarwan took 2 wickets each and F Edwards took 1 wicket. T Best, C Collymore, Rovman Powell, P Collins and finally Chris Gayle didn't took any wicket.
